Tonight, since Jax is 4 months old tomorrow (can you believe it?!), we decided to try to get his footprints on paper. (I'm planning to do this every four months, so we can watch how he grows.) After going through about 5 sheets of paper and multiple attempts, we finally managed to get a pretty decent one. (We also made an attempt to get his handprints, but failed miserably. LOL.)
[Mom & Jax after getting his footprints. Check out those blue hands and feet!]
[Here's the finished product for his baby book.]
Needless-to-say, after our project it was definitely bath time. He loves his baths.
[Waiting for the tub to fill up.]
[I'm pretty sure he thinks we're crazy always pointing this "thing" in his face.]
[Mom sure is funny...looking.]
[Did I mention he loves his baths? ;)]
[Just kicking back, relaxing.]
Bottle, bath, book, bed has become our bedtime routine around here. Dad snuck some pictures of Mom reading Jax his bedtime story, "Peek-A-Who."
[Most of time, he just listens contently.]
Now that Jax is all snug in his bed, it's time for us to eat dinner and spend some time together.
Well, that and update the blog/let Randy study for his CDL test. :)

That's great that you guys are "reading" together and going through a routine!!!! What's even better is that you guys are doing joint attention (both looking at the same object)!!!! His little language areas are just whirling because you guys are doing this! Love it!!!
